Team Canada is set to take on the US again on Thursday night and Cheryl Pounder will be there making the call with TSN.  After last week's brawl to end the game I am sure this one will prove to be very entertaining!

Cheryl Pounder was there for the official unveiling of the 2014 Olympic Hockey Jersey.  They don't seem to be getting rave reviews from the public yet but I am sure opinion will change when we see our favourite hockey stars in them!

Back on the ice with the Burlington Blast (ringette) for another season of power skating.
 

Our Adult Session started today.  It was great to be back on the ice withe the ladies!

Cheryl and I had the opportunity to present to the Burlington Barracuda rep coaches last night.  Thanks for being a great audience!  We loved speaking with the coaches afterwards and hearing their questions and comments.

Cheryl and I enjoyed a great day of golf at the Grandview Golf Club in Huntsville.  We had lots of fun on the course....…

Once again Cheryl and I attended Tim Horton's Camp Day.  While we were there we had our debut on the Weather Network.  What was our most memorable weather experience....not our usual interview question!…

Yesterday was McHappy Day in support of Ronald McDonald House.  Thanks to everyone for their support!

Cheryl and I had a great time at the CWHL Awards on Wednesday night.  Cheryl did a great job as the MC.  I had the privilege of handing out the Top Defenceman Award to one of my former teammate, Catherine Ward of the Montreal Stars.

Spring is here (kind of...) and it is time to start running!  We are just starting to launch Fit Spirit this year in GTA schools.  Fit Spirit promotes self esteem in teenage girls through healthy eating and fitness.  

This is my first launch of the year at Etobicoke C.I.
